Starting since Freshman year in HS I think I noticed the phrase “The world is careless”.
From then to now I haven’t found that to be true. I honestly believe the world cares TOO much. Look at how much shit people claim to not care about, but devote so much time to.
I really think we should care less. I’ve spent the majority of my life caring less and the level of stress I deal with is very little. I have literally chosen a few things to care about. Anything outside of that I genuinely don’t care about. At times it’s difficult to have a conversation with me because I don’t care about much.
Now here’s the difference between me not caring about something and possibly someone that cares too much. Although I don’t care, I respect everyone’s viewpoint and life choices for the most part. Someone that does care too much usually wants to project their opinion and judgment.
I don’t. I’m just tryna watch movies, learn stocks and chill with my family.
Easy ways to not care examples…
You don’t care about Trump? Cool, forget him. Any topic or page you come across that does care about him remove it from your world.
Don’t care about a specific religion? Cool, stick to your religion, don’t discuss another religion until you’re willing to study another religion
You care about covid vaccination? That’s cool, people have the choice not to take it. You’re protected, right?
Do you think Fast and Furious should end? (you’re lame) Cool, don’t watch it. There you ended the series.
